Introductory call

I offer a free 30 minute introductory call where we can explore your needs and you can ask any questions.

If you decide to go ahead we would normally meet at the same time each week. Individual sessions are usually 5o minutes, couple sessions are usually 60 minutes. 

The questions that I ask in the first session will give me a “broad brush” understanding of your circumstances.

Why have you sought counselling? What do you hope to achieve from it? Together we will discuss the issues that you need to focus on.  Then you can decide how many sessions would be appropriate to do this in.

How many sessions would normally be required? This can vary a great deal.  Even a few sessions can be enough to begin a process of significant change in some cases.

Fees

Individuals

£70 for 50 minutes in Honor Oak Park SE23 or online

Couples

£100 for 60 minutes in Honor Oak Park SE23 or online

(including the first session)

My fees and counselling contract are subject to annual review
